The English Language Office supports English Language Teaching institutions and activities in order to promote mutual understanding between Costa Rica and the United States of America. Key contacts include: Ministries of Education, Binational Centers, TESOL Affiliates, universities, Peace Corps, World Teach, and other ELT institutions.

Forum Magazine
Published four times a year, the English Teaching FORUM offers teachers of English the latest in English Language Teaching theory and practice. Articles are written by leading researchers and educators in the field as well as by teachers from throughout the world. Reaching over 60,000 ELT professionals in over 100 countries, the FORUM is one of the most widely distributed publications in English.
